Stacks Property Search & Acquisition have been Property finders and Property buyers since 1984, we now have 19 offices across the country. The Hampshire, Surrey & West Sussex office has been securing homes for our clients for over 20 years.
The search process is only a small part of the overall service we provide. Securing the right property at the right price, with the minimal amount of stress, time and legwork expended by our clients, is of the utmost importance to us. We are also very pro-active in between acceptance of an offer and exchange of contracts through to completion, this involves recommending any solicitors, surveyors, architects and builders that may be required as well as ironing out any last minute niggles that crop up. We manage the whole process, communicating with solicitors, estate agents and any chains that might be involved, ensuring that our clients are fully informed.
