We chose to use a search agent because we had been looking, on and off, for 4-5 years and had failed to find what we were looking for. We also hoped that Stacks would find a house that wasn’t easily found on the internet or through the obvious estate agents.

We bought a house that Bill showed us on our Viewing Day – one that we would never have considered as it was out of our price range. However Bill was able to negotiate a great price for us, and then took the pressure off us during what was a fairly difficult period, with arguing lawyers. He calmly acted as the go-between between all of the parties involved and we found him professional and helpful throughout.
